Donald Ray Franklin, the older brother of Hollywood producer and preacher Devon Franklin, is a successful music executive who has been in the industry for more than two decades. He is the President of D3 Entertainment Group, a production and management company specializing in hip-hop music.

Growing up in Oakland, Donald Ray was exposed to many different sounds of music from all around the Bay Area. This exposure to various genres of music sparked Donald Ray’s interest in becoming a music executive.
