Brittany lovett biography

The Community Foundation of Lorain County announced that Brittany “Britt” Lovett, a visionary leader in the world of philanthropy, was honored with the prestigious Emerging Philanthropist Award by Philanthropy Ohio for her exceptional contributions to advancing philanthropy in Lorain County and across Ohio.

This award recognizes her remarkable leadership, commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and outstanding impact in her community, according to a news release.

Lovett is now the second Lorain County native to win the award, with the prior being Tony Richardson, former executive director of Nord Family Foundation and current president of The Gund Foundation, in 2017, the release said.

Her journey into philanthropy began at the Community Foundation of Lorain County, where she demonstrated dedication to amplifying the voices of marginalized and underrepresented individuals within her community, according to the release.

Lovett’s empathetic and
